Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The school I currently work with is made up of a large Hispanic Population. The students are a joy to work with on a daily basis. They work extremely hard while in my class. They respect each other and their school. The school models a traditional theme school program that offers an additional choice for parents and students that is not restricted by race or previous academic performance, but is based on high expectations and the interest to pursue challenging learning experiences.
My Project
The scrapbook materials will be utilized to start up a scrapbook club for students at my wonderful school. The Scrapbook Club will help students create lasting memories of their final two years of elementary school.
There will be 25 participants, and we want to provide each student with a scrapbook, and Fujifilm Instax Mini Instant Film will be utilized to capture the students’ activities throughout the school year.
The Fashion Fabric Scrapbook Album, tape, glue dots, and scrapbook paper will allow students the opportunity to express themselves in a creative way.
I’m looking forward to starting this club for very worthy students.
