My students need a case for our Kindle Fires to make them portable and a way to charge multiple tablets efficiently. We learn in many different places and want to take our tablets with us.

My Students

I teach at 7 schools and see approximately 325 students. 100% of my students receive assistance with breakfast and lunches. A high percentage of my students are living without technology at home and resources for learning. My 325 curious and energetic Kindergarten, first, and second graders need your help with resources for learning.

Many of my students do not have access to technology at home in rural Cumberland County.

My students need help with seeing challenging work as something they can do. They love learning, but do not yet see themselves as problem solvers. I want them to see solving problems as something they can figure out with practice and perseverance. To do this, they need more opportunities to solve problems in a fun and engaging way.

My Project

Protecting our technology is very important. The rugged traveling case will safeguard our Kindle Fire tablets that I have already purchased for my students. Moving multiple tablets can be daunting without proper protection.

The charging station will allow my students to charge their tablets effectively and easily in one location; thus making them safer.

The tablet stage will allow students to present their learning to the group and for me to model procedures.

My students are excited to have their technology be on-the-go so that we can take our learning to new places and different schools all over the county!
