My Students

The children in my classroom are a fun loving group that is eager to learn, explore and investigate!

They are low income preschoolers that face many difficult challenges daily.

My job is to provide my students with a safe and loving learning environment. With the challenges my students face on a daily basis it never holds them back from wanting to learn about new topics! Each and everyone off my students is looking forward to learning more about dogs. They are all truly excited about this opportunity that is being provided to them!

My Project

My classroom will be hatching ducks. This is a good learning tool for them to explore and learn about life science. My students will experience exactly what goes into the process the days it will take and how to care for them as well as release them onto the wild. We will need things such as an incubator, cage, food, thermometer to check egg temperatures and marker to mark eggs we have checked.These materials will make a difference by giving them the opportunity to learn the life cycle. Some may not get this experiences in the future. I want to open doors to them to learn and love the great outdoors as well as learn about waterfowl.
