This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our inclusive partnership preschool class consists of 32 amazing children in the city of Pomona. We are working to providing hands on learning for our 3-5 year olds (some with special needs and most English language learners). One of our curriculum studies is Pets. We will teach our students about loving animals, caring for animals, and our responsibilities as pet owners all while developing preacademic and language skills. These items will help build our dramatic play center, STEM center, and our literacy center. We are very excited to start growing our brains and our hearts.
