Help me give my students the ability to have a carnival at the end of the year as a celebration for all the hard work that they do!

My students consists mostly of kids with special needs who are in the regular education environment. They are students who need services in reading, writing, and math, typically for 30 minutes each a day. I work with K5-fourth graders at a public charter school.
The school that we are in is a school that has an 80% free or reduced-price lunch percentage.
My students are mild to moderate special needs students and able to participate in specials as well as extracurricular activities. Our school is modeled after an all-inclusive environment.
This project is for our end of the year carnival celebration. This celebration is usually geared towards kids who have met their goals for the statewide MAP test in both reading and math. Having an incentive like this will motivate the kids to study and be engaged in the classroom so they are soaking up all the knowledge that they can. I added in a bounce house so that they can jump around and get their wiggles out. A popcorn and candy machine will allow the students to snack on treats while they are at the carnival. We want to be able to give the kids an event to look forward to so that they can enjoy each other and be grateful for all the efforts the kids put in to studying and growing their brains. This celebration is needed so that the students know that they are appreciated and valued. Last year we were not able to have a big carnival so I created a project that would give us all the necessities to have fun and go out with n end of the year party!
