This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have 39 wonderful students that are eager to learn. They are in 3rd grade, and it is their first time in a STAAR grade so they can get nervous. By having these great little desks, my kids will have a special happy place to work while reading. They will be able to take notes and write what they are learning. They will work on their Cornell notes from the comfy place of the reading corner. I will create a reward system and make sure that everybody gets a chance to try them, encouraging them to do their best.
