Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Have you ever come to school so hungry you couldn't focus? Have you ever gotten a prize from your teacher that you were so excited about you showed everyone? I remember getting that, I remember being excited to come to school because I wanted to cash my grades for a prize like erasers or a sticker. I remember also craving a snack and being scared that my classmates would hear my stomach growl.
Students come to school hungry everyday.
