Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students need health supplies and games to encourage them to gain an interest in their physical and mental health. Students more than ever, need to be educated in this area due to the devastating effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The isolation that they endured during the lockdowns really had a profound effect. My students need to make their way back to being social with their fellow classmates. They also need to learn more about the importance of nutrition and honing their hygiene skills. They will use a variety of supplies and games to guide them toward better health and wellness.
