Help me give my students some cool new hands-on tools, like the alphabet sounds teaching tubs, word puzzles, and CVC words match to help them develop their literacy skills!
Imagine coming to work each day greeted by a school filled with enthusiasm and zest for life! Our young kids have a huge sense of wonder and they love to create, plan and discover fun new ways of learning in each moment!
Our kindergartners are highly motivated to learn to read and they would benefit from some more hands on activities to develop their literacy skills!
We are looking to provide cool new activities and tools to help our young students learn about letters and letter sounds. As a veteran teacher, I have learned that hands on materials are much needed to support all kinds of learning and these alphabetic resources are just what is needed to enhance their literacy skills!
Please support us in acquiring some new literacy tools to help our kindergartners learn to read!
My Project
These hands-on learning tools will enhance our kindergartners' understanding of early literacy skills. Kindergartners need more than books and paper and pencil activities to learn to read and write!
Tools like the alphabet sound tubs will help kids to experience letter sounds first hand!
For example, when learning about the letter sound for M, kids will be picking up a mouse or a muffin and this hands-on and visual experience will help them to remember that letter sound.
Students will also benefit from using the word puzzles which have a clear picture that goes with each word they are assembling. These visual cues will help early learners remember the sounds of each letter. Hands on and visual activities are essential for students who are learning about letters and letter sounds.
