My Students

I am teacher of wonderful 2nd grade students. They are energetic, caring, and eager to learn each and every single day. Although our district has a one-to-one technology initiative, I would love to give my students more opportunities to learn and work with other hands on materials.

The iPad offers many great and useful tools for students but my students would benefit tremendously from other avenues of learning.

Please consider helping to fun our classroom with other areas of learning.

My Project

These materials will allow my small group instruction to be more independent learners. My students are able to rotate through stations, one of which is manned by me. My students need to be able to complete tasks on their own and check their own learning and understanding.

The Power Pen and correlating content cards will allow great things to happen in my classroom.

I am excited about the learning opportunities this will give my students. I have implemented literacy workstations over the past two years. My goal next year ins to incorporate math workstations in our classroom as well. These new tools will help to make my students more successful.
