Hands on STEAM Activities for Multi-sensory learning.
Help me give my students hands on authentic, multi-sensory learning activities through the OSMO Genius kit for their Kindle Fire Tablets.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I work with Kindergarten, First, and Second grade students with Emotional Disabilities, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Other Heath Impairments. All of my students receive special education services. The majority of my students are from low income families. Additionally, all of my homeroom students are also English Language Learners.
My students are all bright and enthusiastic learners, however; they have many obstacles they need to overcome in order to reach their full potential.
In order to help the students reach their full potential they receive direct instruction and support in Language Arts, Math, Science, Social studies, and Social Skills. When my students overcome their obstacles their pride in themselves and their work is contagious.
This OSMO Genius kit will help my students continue to enhance their phonics, math, and STEAM skills. My students all require authentic learning opportunities through a multi-sensory approach. This kit will enable my students to add more of these important opportunities to their learning stations. It will help create another 21st century way for the material to click.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student academic achievement, you will ultimately help to increase their confidence.
The students will be able to show their knowledge, learning and growth through these fun, engaging and hands on games. Not only will my students be able to expand their academic knowledge, but their confidence as well.
