In my kindergarten classroom, students are given a chance to grow and learn in a warm and inviting environment. My students are supported, encouraged, and challenged daily to be the best students they can be. They make me proud every day.

My Project
In kindergarten, they learn various concepts, and they would benefit from math centers.
My students learn best in math when they can work hands on materials.
By using hands-on math centers, such as magnetic fishing poles, addition and subtraction towers and ready made math centers, my students will be able to team up together to extend their learning even further. I have chosen many different levels and topics that will reach every child in my classroom. My children can use these centers to work with their peers and accomplish tasks that will push them towards mastery of their math standards. For students who have already mastered the standard, the centers are able to be modified so that the work can be on a higher level.
