Hands-on Learning for Kindergarteners!

Help me give my students some fun hands on learning activities such as the number lock counting activity and the 3 letter word spelling puzzle, as well as play dough and magnetic tiles for self-regulation and play!

My Project

I am hoping to get this donation fulfilled for my amazing kindergarten students. I am requesting two hands on literacy activities, two hands on math activities, play dough, and magnetic tiles. My students would love playing with all of those items and they would help them learn as well!

My students thrive off of hands-on learning activities.

They make learning fun for them, and I believe that learning should be fun, especially in kindergarten! My kindergarteners have been working very hard to learn how to spell 3 letter words. The spelling puzzle would help them with that and they would use it during our literacy stations time. The number locks would be an exciting way for students to learn about counting and numerals. The kids would feel so happy unlocking the correct lock and knowing that they got the answer correct!

I also requested enough play dough so that all of my students can have their own can. I use play dough in my class both in learning activities and to help students regulate themselves. The play dough we have in our class currently is getting really old and I've been meaning to buy more, but I would so appreciate if I could get it donated instead!

I am requesting magnetic tiles as a fun indoor recess toy! My students love building things and I like how the magnetic tiles support STEM learning.
