I currently teach 21 kindergarten students at a public school. My students come to school each day full of energy and ready to learn! They are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions. They absolutely love learning opportunities that allow them to manipulate their learning and be active!
Curious, energetic, and creative: my students are an exciting group consisting of mixed interests, abilities, and activity levels.
As their teacher, it is my goal to create a classroom environment in which all of my students are provided with opportunities to learn and grow in fun and engaging ways each school day!
My Project
Hands-on learning materials such as magnetic letter tiles and LEGOs will provide my kindergartners opportunities to manipulate their learning. My students will be given the opportunity to increase their literacy learning by creating letters and words through exciting and engaging outlets. Flexible seating options will provide these busy kindergartners the opportunity to wiggle and move about, while still being successful in the learning process.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student engagement and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and overall school experience.
The products I have selected will help ALL of my students to get their wiggles out, as all young children need to do often throughout the school day.
