My Project

My students are exceptional and they are in the Life Skills Class. They have unique needs and in multiple grade levels.

This project is intended to increase their multi-sensory learning experience in academics to foster a sense of accomplishment.

The products that I have selected will help my student increase their engagement level. The number line board is a fun and memorable way to teach students the arithmetical operation. The visual schedule strips are helpful for them to set and develop daily routines. Each Montessori material carries the ethos of empowering children, one self-directed play at a time. Their fine motor skills are not well-developed so these manipulatives can help them too!

I have seen how routines and manipulatives can positively impact student's work and attitude toward school.
