Hands-on Alphabet Learning Fun!

My Students

Our school is located in Missouri. We are a very small and tight-knit school! Everyone knows each individual, we rely on each other for many things throughout the school year.

We have a tremendous amount of school spirit!

We thoroughly enjoy helping each other out! It is a community in so many ways! We are a high poverty title 1 school but we have the best support system. It just leaves very little for the "extras" that many teachers need and want!

My Project

Younger students learn well through hands-on projects! By seeing each tub filled with different items that represent that Letter they can make that connection between the letter and the sound! This is also a very helpful tool for students who struggle and are visual learners! The Alphabet tubs can also be used in small group areas as well as Zoom meetings when needed so that the students can see the sounds they are hearing! Struggling students will also be able to use these to sort different items into the appropriate bucket as well!
