This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hablamos Español. My students love learning a second language and love engaging projects. They are curious, smart, and incredibly tech-driven. My middle school students love technology and in utilizing technology, they will engage in the process of learning to speak, read and write in another language.

My Project

My technology-driven classroom is in need of some tech. I requested a camera and microphones for interactive engaging videos that we can create a class. . Students who are learning from home will be able to immerse themselves in the videos that I create for them using the camera that I requested. Students will be able to complete standards-based lessons and connect their learning to real-world applications. I also requested flexible seating because kids learn best when they can have a choice. Providing choices and providing an avenue for children to feel comfortable is key when engaging in the classroom.
