My Students

I am an Elementary Physical Education Teacher. I am a teacher at 2 different schools. They are both wonderful schools but we have many socio-economically challenged students. During these challenging times of Covid 19, many students are learning from home and I want to be able to provide physical education equipment to these kids if needed.

Activity and exercise are so important for physical and emotional health.

I want to make sure these kids can participate at home just like they were at school.

My Project

My students that don't have access to physical education equipment at home will be able to use this donated equipment to reach their full healthy potential. Let's keep our kids HEALTHY!! This equipment will give kids an opportunity to be active at home, while learning skill-specific physical education lessons.

Playground balls can be used as basketballs, kickballs, soccer balls, and much, much more.

Jump ropes can be used for the fun and skill of jumping rope as well as lines for running and jumping obstacles and dance equipment.

All this equipment can be used in many different ways at home, so it has the ability to be used very frequently in their home physical education classes during virtual learning.
