My Students

My kindergartners are rock stars! Each child in our classroom community is spunky, loving, and ready to learn! Their questions and curiosity remind me every day why I decided I wanted to be a teacher. For some of the students in my class, this is their first school experience. I want to make sure that I am giving them the love, skills, and resources they need in order to thrive at school!

My kindergartners are nothing but FUN: Friendly, Unique, and non-stop ENERGY!

My Project

I have chosen books that will encourage my students to be courageous and open-minded, as well as support my students to live their lives with a growth mindset. I want to provide learning opportunities in these areas so that my students can lead confident and happy lives. I want my students to learn that it is okay to be themselves and not be perfect at everything they try. I believe these books will help my students think about why they are special as an individual and encourage them to work hard to achieve their goals. I want all my students to find their own strengths through trial and error and share their knowledge with one another.
