My Project

I am a firm believer when I child is more comfortable during reading time they are more inclined to read. When I add yoga mats to my classroom, reading engagement increases in my classroom.

With flexible seating mats it will allow my students more areas in the classroom to read and feel comfortable.

Students get bored just reading at their desk all they this provides a change to make the entire classroom their reading space.

I also plan on using the mats to keep students in a safe space when we practice our morning meetings and incorporate yoga into it. It is a great exercise to begin the day and get students in a safe space to learn to relax and learn.
