My Project

We would like to have hands-on aquaponics bundles in our classroom that students can experience in a real and personal setting. Our students are such amazing stewards of our school and classroom. Taking care of plants and living things helps to encourage respect and care for our planet.

We want to show our students how to grow living plants and all of the things that plants need to live.

We learn that sunlight, nutrients in the soil, water and carbon dioxide are necessary for plants to photosynthesize. Photosynthesis is how plants create their own food and create oxygen.
