My Students

My first year of teaching has been amazing! I have an awesome class of eighteen, bright-eyed kindergarteners who follow our school mission statement of "Love to Learn; Learn to Lead". These young students are ready to have their learning taken to the next level.

My goal is to provide my students with the materials and skills necessary to grow and thrive in an increasingly technology-centered world!

Their enthusiasm for learning through hands-on technology applications is inspiring, so I am committed to searching out and sourcing the materials to keep them motivated to learn.

My Project

Any time a resource can teach across multiple content areas, I feel like I have struck a gold-mine and Osmo does exactly that!

The Osmo Genius Kits include everything my young students need to experience hands-on learning and digital fun in five different ways: number sense and math confidence, spatial sense and visual acuity, reading and vocabulary building, creativity through self-expression and problem-solving, and hand-eye coordination.

Each Osmo kit requires its own dedicated iPad and will take learning in all content areas through the roof! This technology is so incredible that I plan on dedicating an area of our classroom for them to remain set-up and allow my students full-time access!
