My Students

Walking into our classroom you experience a wealth of culture, background, and language. Our students learn from, teach, and accept each other for all of their amazing strengths they have to offer. We welcome you into our day filled with love and laughter.

Our students are filled with energy and curiosity and are looking forward to harnessing that to be their best selves.

My students need the tools to make them successful in the classroom and to be excited to learn, grow, and continue to solve the problems they may face.

My Project

Students need guidance to learn the skills to help them to become their best selves. The books I’m requesting will help teach social-emotional skills to my students and to help them grow each and every day. The goal of these books is to not only have them available for reading but to use them for weekly lessons around specific topics. Books like “My Mouth Is A Volcano” will help to teach my students how to help themselves be heard appropriately.

All students are capable of learning from these books and it is my goal to give them the tools necessary to be thoughtful, kind-hearted learners.
