Help me give my students Survival Essentials 100 Variety Premium Heirloom Seeds, YSSOA 4-Tier Heavy Duty Storage Shelving Unit, Miracle-Gro Raised Bed Soil, and 5 Pack Seed Starter Trays for Planting.
I work as a preschool special education developmental classroom teacher. All of my students have a delay in their development including but not limited to social skills, fine and gross motor development, self-help skills, speech, and language, or cognitive delays. My students work super hard to explore, discover to learn, and grow.
All children in my classroom are children of United States soldiers, and over half come from homes of low socioeconomic status.
Our focus is on the social and emotional health and well-being of children, motor development, and preparing students for kindergarten and beyond. Learning is hands-on, minds-on engagement in our program that is play-based, literacy-rich, and full of self-discovery.
My Project
With the addition of 4-Tier Heavy Duty Storage Shelving Unit, All In One Super Value Pak, Seed Starting Pots, Zinnia Rainbow Mix, Miracle-Gro Raised Bed Soil, Small Rectangle Basins and NERUB Watering Can, my students will explore different textures, learn responsibility in caring for seeds/seedlings, and simple math concepts (including counting and measuring) and practice turn taking skills.
The pots (with vegetables and flowers) will be decorated using PANDAFLY Metallic Marker Pens, and the Mini Envelopes With White Blank Note Cards will be used to create personalized notes to families which will be given as gifts to say thank you for helping me grow.
