My students need 25 digital bookmarks.

I am an avid reader and I am trying to instill the same love of reading in my 3rd graders. We have a few challenges but we are making some strides. One thing in particular that I ask of them is to build their stamina in reading, which requires them to read daily. I believe the bookmarks will help!
My 3rd graders are wonderful and curious beings.
They come from challenging home structures, but are ready to learn once they arrive to school. They truly enjoy listening to me read aloud to them and responding to literature in their writing journals. They are really excited about their third grade year and consider themselves to be in grade 3.5 now since the school year is winding down. Our school is located in an urban area of Chicago. It is a small school with a family-like atmosphere. The students love their school and love to do things that enriches the environment. They work hard at the annual food drive, participating in projects around the school building, and they truly have school pride!
I am requesting a set of digital book marks called "Mark My Time". My students are responsible for reading independently for at least 30 minutes every evening, seven days a week. I think the digital book marks, which records the minutes and hours read, will allow them to take more ownership in their reading. They will not have to rely on anyone to set a timer or watch a clock for them, they will be able to time themselves. I think the digital book marks will also allow students to see where they started in reading independently, in regards to time, and how long they are reading after some time has passed. I would like to empower them in their learning. A majority of my students are challenged when it comes to someone keeping time for them at home. Either they are home alone or they are the eldest sibling and may be in charge of their younger siblings. This book mark will give them the assistance they may need.
This donation would truly be a boost to my students' self esteem.
They would truly appreciate the idea that someone outside of the school building cares about their academic success. I think they would also be excited to start keeping track on their own time when reading independently.
