My Students

Welcome To Theater Arts. We are so excited that you are visiting our page. This classical school setting which helps to foster community. The students are learning to first cope with their own emotions so that they can authentically create new characters with a deep, strong emotions. This helps our students to appreciate other views and have a mutual respect for diversity. We have created a classroom mantra: Theater is Life. We want our students to be effective communicators that think critically and emphatically. The students that come to me need support in every way. Over 50% of out student population have free or reduced lunch accompanied by 75% minority, we see the challenges that can effective them later in life. My Project

As a way to differentiate instruction in the class, I wanted to provide a tool that students could use to engage in Theater Arts using a different median or tool. Chromebooks will allow students to explore their creative genius behind the scenes. Using computers and a few software resources students will create short films and other scenes using technology based recording and editing features to be used for Productions and School Events. I am sure that this project will open a door to new careers and goals for many of my students.
