My students need Amscan clear containers and Stori stackable drawers to make it easier to choose between Milano cookies, Charms Blow Pops, Mars Mini candy, and BIC mechanical pencils when trading in their PBIS tickets.
Our school is the smallest middle school of the 5 in our city and we reach kids from farming families to city kids. We serve 6th through 8th grades.
Mid-year last year, we began the PBIS Program at our school to catch students doing great things and to encourage them to continue doing so.
The goals of the program are to decrease negative behaviors and referrals while increasing a sense of community within the building. Now we need your help to reward these great kids!
My Project
Our school wants to encourage students to help each other, the staff, and our school so that bullying and poor behavior choices will decrease. The PBIS Program (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) uses a ticket based program to catch and reward the students for good choices. Then they can trade in the tickets for items at the PBIS Store or for admission to school events.
Last year students had a hard time seeing what was offered, so we hope to make the display more user friendly and appealing.
The clear containers and risers will help us organize the display and make the items more visible. They also asked for a wider variety of snacks and items. Therefore, we are requesting lanyards, Milano cookies, earrings, pencil bags, Charms Blow Pops, and their favorite Hot Takis to fill our cart.
