My Project

My students are a diverse group of learners, consisting of various identities, cultures, countries, backgrounds, languages, and learning levels.

My now proficient ELL and MLL students truly enrich our class with their cultures, languages, perspectives, and stories.

These students work diligently in each of their classes, as well as in many extracurricular activities. In English Language Arts (ELA) class, my students are engaged in many curriculum articles, novels, stories, texts, and independent reading books. All these students are hardworking and dedicated to reaching their academic potential, as well as their personal goals.

Having a graphic novel accompanying our main novel, "To Kill a Mockingbird", will support students' literacy skills while providing a beautifully crafted visual presentation of the novel.
