This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love sitting down with a good book during or after school. They always have special requests, and I would love to provide that for them with your help. Third grade begins a new adventure in reading with more independence and students start to voice their opinions based on their needs. This year I have many students who can read in Spanish and English, I need more books in Spanish in our class library. Graphic novels are another "go-to" in the classroom and the school's library. These books help motivate students to pick up a book and read.

Third Graders are interested in reading some of their favorite books as graphic novels and also have requested books they see on the back of book covers.

Let's give my graphic novel and book fans some more books that they can enjoy!
