This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love hands-on manipulatives for reading and math. I want to provide organized tubs that hold reading and math manipulatives that are easy to recognize, grab, and take back to their stations. Manipulatives like these magnetic letters are critical for my English language learners.

With these grab and go tubs my students will experience success and reading and math.

I plan to label each of these tubs with visuals that include print and pictures. These tubs and containers will give my classroom a neat and tidy feel which will help my students feel structured and independent.
