This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I have a classroom of 25 hard-working, amazing third graders. All of my students qualify for free or reduced price lunch. My students come to school ready to learn and love to get their hands on anything that will help them with their learning. They are excited to learn and love being challenged. We are so lucky to be getting Chrome books for this upcoming school year. This new technology will help enhance our learning.

This project will give me additional tools for our new Chrome books to ensure that my students are able to fully utilize this technology.

My Project

I’m so happy to announce that my classroom is going to get a new set of Chrome books this school year. This will be my first school year having one-to-one technology for my students. My third graders need to learn how to use technology and Google based programs to help prepare them for middle school, high school, college, and careers.

I’m requesting headphones to go along with my Chrome books.

My students are all at different levels academically. The Chrome books will help me differentiate instruction to meet all of the needs of my students. I utilize many different educational on-line programs. Headphones will eliminate noise and help with focus and engagement.
