This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students enjoy learning to play these wonderful instruments. I just need to give them the opportunity and tools needed to succeed. Many of my students do not own an instrument or have the means to do so. Each student would keep their recorder to practice at home.

I have former students that visit me years later to express how much they enjoyed my class and how much they loved the recorder.

Many of them still own it until this day. This is a memorable experience they will never forget.
