Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are creative individuals looking for fun ways to learn the necessary skills to become successful learners. This year has been a difficult one for many because of our transition to distance learning. It has been a challenge to meet the needs of all my students.
My Project
These teaching materials will help provide virtual lessons to my students. My students and I left for Spring Break feeling happy and excited. We had no idea that we would not be returning to the classroom. I have had to use the materials and resources at my house and on my computer. These materials will help teach and explain lessons to my students through the use of Google Classroom. The chart tablets and dry erase boards will be used to create virtual lessons to teach reading and writing objectives. The use of visuals will help my students understand the concepts being taught.
