My students need and would LOVE to have these items (giant connect 4 and pool noodles) in the gym at all times. Our Go Big or GO HOME field day is coming up and they would be so excited!!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The typical day in P.E. at Copperfield is anything but typical! The gym is the place that they want to come to. They come to discover and play new things they are not exposed to in their everyday lives. We strive to make fitness FUN and something that they want to do for the rest of their life!
My students are the most excitable and loving kids!
This is a Title 1 school and the students here don't get the experiences like other children might get. We are 90% low-socioeconomic, so times at home may not be always positive, but these students come to school with a smile on their faces. They make my job so easy to get up for. Seeing the faces on each child when we have something that may be foreign to them, is priceless! Seeing them finally nail a skill being taught, is priceless! However, these students are the ones who want to give back to you. They have the most giving hearts, even thought they don't have much to give. This is the BEST JOB EVER!!
My Project
The items that are on this project will be used first for our Go Big Or Go Home Field day. Every game is going to be GIGANTIC or life size. Most of the games I am building but need a little help on a few. After field day we will use these things in our daily P.E. classes. Pool noodles are great for ANYTHING and truly use them weekly. We have some that have big bites taken out and some are just done and falling apart.
You will be providing us with brand new games and materials for games to better our class and gym.
I don't know how to thank you for even considering our kids and school. You don't know how far little things go with our students! I can't wait to see their faces!!
