My Students
I have an amazing class of second grade students. They love learning about something they have never learned about before. I love when they are reading a book and they come over and say "Miss Adams guess what?" They overcome outside school struggles to get to school each day and engage in class. They are truly inspiring.
My students are reading at a variety of different levels and books ensure I can help them become readers. These students come to school everyday and exceed my expectations.
My Project
This project is for books for my classroom. I selected a variety of books at different levels to support my students various learning levels. The students love reading books in a series so I made sure I got sets of books for them. Many of the books are books to be read aloud which is my student's favorite part of their day!
A love of reading lasts a lifetime. I am so excited to engage my students with these books. Students who read by third grade are on track to graduate high school and continue on to a job or a secondary education. These books could help a student more than you know!
