My Students

My students come from rural West Virginia. We are one of the smallest school districts by student population in the state. Students in my classes are beginning high school and attend a 6-12 high school.

In my classroom, students are learning the fundamentals behind World and US history; my students are hardworking and very inquisitive.

With these stressful time due to the Covid-19 remote learning is becoming the new normal. I want to try to give my students the best support that I can offer.

My Project

Due to the onset of Covid-19 many students are attending school through remote learning or virtually. I am requesting these materials to help teach to the students that are learning remotely and who would benefit from seeing examples and structure from the classroom with new activities.

In my school system we have been fortunate in being able to attend school in person but with the pandemic continuing to spread we are beginning to see cases rise and our area and teachers are preparing for remote learning.

I hope these materials I have requested can benefit my students during these troubling times.
