My Project

My students are the best! I work in a small, tight-knit community with only two schools in the whole district. It is a Title 1 school, with about 70% of our students being considered economically disadvantaged. There are ~500 students on my caseload. While the odds are stacked against many of my kiddos, they love coming to school and put forth their best effort while they are here.

By donating to this project, you will be ensuring that my school counseling office has a level table.

Our current table has one leg that is shorter than the rest, causing all materials to roll off. During group counseling, this is a big issue because it takes the focus off of the task at hand and causes a distraction. Donating to this project will also provide my school counseling office with a larger table, allowing more students to be seated and receive group counseling services!
