This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are challenged with behavior and high school character issues. They are 98% free and reduced lunch recipients of the socio-economic. The students that I teach have some instances where they feel like they have to defend their character in certain situations from persons who provide structure. They usually regret and want to change, nevertheless they get that opportunity to develop in small group and structured setting.

The students that I teach are the kids that are next door neighbors, family members, and relatives to the folks in your community; They are our loved-ones!

My Project

My students need a Class Set of Head Phones to do individualized assignments for computer work. The students have to compile and complete assignments, which are APEX computerized assignments for Class (High School Credit Courses.) Each individual student has to listen to lessons and complete assessments to make sure the are successful in various classroom assignments.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and not whether their materials are going to work or not. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
