Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Many students benefit from the free or reduced-price lunch program. Some of my students do not come to school with all the necessary supplies. Although that is true, my students are hard workers, and they do not let anything get in the way of their leaning. They try their best in all that they do. Our class motto is "Work hard. Be kind." They always stick to the motto as best they can.
My Project
The FSA Reading Test Prep Bundle Grades 3-5 (Florida Standards Assessment) will provide my students and I with the necessary materials that will be needed to run our differentiated instruction centers during assessment crunch time. The digital materials provided in this bundle will allow me to lead my students while reviewing for their very first standardized assessment. The materials will allow my students to practice in a hands-on way for this test (task cards, PowerPoint review games, mystery picture coloring activities, question stems and graphic organizers. Students will be able to review question types and standards that will be part of their third grade Florida Standards Assessment.
