My students need these items to help keep them organized and share their ideas with others. The Seat Sacks help them keep all their items together and the Bulletin Board paper can be written on.
My students are full of life and eager to learn. Each day they walk into the classroom ready for what our day will bring. They are sponges and want to soak up everything they can through our learning activities.
My students are diverse and we work hard to meet all their needs.
Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies and Science are among the subjects taught but I integrate music, movement, and hands-on experiences into the classroom in all subjects to reach all learners.
My Project
The "seat sacks" will be used to replace those that are dirty or damaged from last year's supply. I soaked and washed the ones we used last year but some did not come as clean as I would like for my students. My students love to have all their belongings right behind them on their chair. It cuts down on the time it take to give out their books.
I am also so excited to try this new resource: Better than Paper.
Better than Paper is Bulletin Board paper that can be written on. I hope it will turn my side boards into mini write on/wipe off boards that I can use and as my students learn to write they too can write on them too.
