Getting Our Fitness On!

Help me give my students the tools to gain personal, mental and emotional health with these balance balls, fidget tools and other physical educational equipment.

My Project

My multicultural students are excited to come and be in school! We are going to begin a new unit of study that will help us learn how to be healthy. This unit will encourage physical fitness working out, gross motor and fine motor skills. We will also be looking into personal hygiene, mental health and emotional health. So the mouth model will help with how to brush our teeth. The fidget toys and games will help us understand when we need to calm ourselves. We hope that this unit will help us not only be ready for kindergarten but give us the means to excel.
