My Project

Creativity, exploration, and access are so important for students to strive educationally. They have basic classroom supplies at their fingertips. To support learning is essential. As a teacher of students with unique learning needs, I see many students have difficulty organizing and sharing materials at home and school. That is why providing them with supplies makes all the difference. The students feel prepared, enhancing the classroom's learning environment and community. In addition, the students need to develop fundamental life skills that may be useful in developing work-related skills that they can complete independently.

I work with students with unique learning needs that will benefit from interactive organized life skills-related centers supported with readily accessible basic supplies.

The primary classroom supplies being requested include a variety of mini Sharpie markers, retractable pens, file folders, communication folders, timers, a desk organizer, and a shredder. These items will be used daily. These supplies will ensure the students have enough materials to participate in fun, interactive, and life skills centers. I hope to give my students everything they need to succeed when completing these activities.
