My Students

I am a 2nd grade teacher to a group of amazingly sweet, hard-working kiddos! More than 50% of my students come from low-income households. They work hard each day to over-come the challenges they face.

It is my goal to create a classroom environment where they feel welcome and safe.

If I am able to purchase a Cricut Machine for my classroom, I could make so many of my own classroom decor pieces instead of purchasing them yearly. I could create exciting, educational bulletin boards, personalize work spaces and coat racks, create window clings and so many more fun projects!

When Students feel welcome and homey, they are able to focus better on their academics.

My Project

I will be able to use the Cricut Maker to create a welcoming environment for my students. I will be able to create sit spots, exciting bulletin boards, personalized work spaces, personalized shirts for field trips, window clings, station activities and so much more! The possibilities are endless!

By donating to my project, you will not only be helping to create a fun, exciting place for my students to learn, but you will ultimately be helping to increase their academic achievement!

When students feel safe and welcome, they are able to pay attention and focus. My current students and future classes would be truly grateful for any amount you're able to donate toward this wonderful goal!
