Getting Comfy in the Reading Corner

My students need a bookshelf bench. This bench will provide a comfortable place for my students to read and grow their minds.

My Students

Our school is a Title I school. The majority of our students live in low income housing. 100 percent of our students receive free lunch and breakfast. These students come into the classroom every day and despite their bad home life, they want to learn. They are desperate to grow their minds. These students want nothing more than to get an education that will allow them to achieve all of their hopes and dreams. Please consider helping my students and I.

My Project

The storage bench will provide a comfortable place for my students to read. As of right now, they are sitting on the floor near the library while reading. This bench would offer a place to not only store the books, but also give them a place to sit.

We are asking you to not only give us a comfortable bench, but to give us some organization.

This bench will eliminate the need for a shelf. This will free up space in our classroom. It is important for us to have a clutter free environment so that our mind can also be clutter free. Please consider helping us.
