I need the opportunity to attend the 2020 Get Your Teach On National Conference for a four day training that will enhance my teaching practices!

My Students

I teach in a school that serves 100% of the students free breakfast and lunch. The school is in one of the highest poverty areas of West Virginia. My students are eager to learn and gain new knowledge, but often do not have the support at home. Most of their parents do not value education. However, I make it a top priority to instill a love of learning in each and every student! Seeing my students succeed gives me the excitement to continue my education to be better for them.

My Project

The 2020 Get Your Teach On National Conference will provide me with the most up to date research based strategies that will allow me to create rigorous and engaging lessons for my classroom. I will get to spend four full days with Hope and Wade King and the whole Get Your Teach On Team who will share their passion for education along with tips and tricks that I can bring back to my classroom! I will gain ready to use strategies from today's top educators who are experts in their craft!

Imagine teachers from around the world collaborating to share their energy and passion with others!

Attending this conference is a once in a life time opportunity and will transform my way of instruction to prepare me for my best year yet! The information gained at this conference will have an impact on each and every one of my students.
