I teach at a STEAM magnet school. My students come from all over the county with diverse backgrounds. Each student faces different challenges but all are eager to learn. I love greeting them at the door with a smile. They just light up my day!
We have become a family by building meaningful relationships.
They are incredibly honest, creative and innovative. I learn so much from them every day that it pushes me to be a better teacher and role model.
My Project
Get Your Teach on is a national conference with the most current RESEARCH BASED STRATEGIES that will light my classroom on fire. It is a one-of-a-kind experience for elementary school teachers that allow us to share our PASSION and ENTHUSIASM for education and get expert tips, tricks, best practices, and teacher secrets to building a successful, ENGAGING, & RIGOROUS classroom. I will leave feeling EMPOWERED, motivated, and prepared to create dynamic lessons that will challenge my students and leave them hungry for more. Get Your Teach On is unlike any other educators’ conference that I will attend and will transform my classroom.
