Get Up And Move Through Music - Bluetooth Speaker Needed!!
My students need 1 Echo Plus - smart speaker (Bluetooth speaker) so I can stream music from my smartphone anywhere and at any time for my auditory learners!
There are not enough words to describe this outstanding group of students of mine! All my students learn in various ways especially with music incorporated. When I observe my students closely, a lesson plan that worked successfully with some children didn’t work as well for others, but when I crank up the music in my classroom, it’s like they have ants in their pants! Music is a HUGE part of our day! When each individual learning style is recognized and supported especially through music, I find them learning better in my classroom. My group of students are around the ages of 5 and 6 and I see them retaining concepts and new ideas better through the sounds of music with their auditory learning style! They love music and can remember the words to songs they hear.
My Project
I would like to help my auditory learns excel in my classroom by engaging them in healthy fitness activities. It’s important to incorporate exercise daily to ensure your body and mind are healthy. The goal is simple, get kids out of their seat and physically active throughout the school day! All students need regular physical activity and we are in need of this Bluetooth speaker so I can stream music from my smartphone anywhere and at any time!
We will be using this Bluetooth speaker inside and outside of our classroom to exercise.
With this Bluetooth speaker, I can hook up my smartphone and stream whatever I want having access to my iTunes music library instead of just using my smartphone speaker where my kids could hardly hear from. Study after study shows kids who get regular physical activity experience shows improvements not just in their fitness levels, but in brain function, too. I believe kids need to move more, when they do, they be better positioned to succeed in my classroom. They look forward to PE time to unwind from the strenuous curriculum from the school day. They love to dance and to listen to energetic music while being active! Music gives them the motivation to GET UP AND MOVE!!
With the help of this Bluetooth speaker, we can play motivating music and be able to get our kids engaged and excited to keep moving and grooving!
