In our fun and adventurous PreK classroom, children learn and grow.
Exciting things happen with the use of hands-on learning, sensory and movement activities and creative and problem solving throughout the day.
Our students are full of energy and eager to learn. We want each student to success and have their needs met for daily challenges and educational milestones. In order to do so, our students need new and innovative materials and increased movement and sensory activities. Also, the majority of our students come from low socio-economic communities and have varying needs and abilities.
Providing my students with a variety of activities that include hands-on activities, movement, coordination, and sensory integration, can aid them in learning and improve their knowledge acquisition and learning environment. Thank you for your consideration and donation to our success!
My Project
The impacts of this project will be seen throughout the classroom, and also throughout the school. It will positively affect children's lives. Each and every child will benefit from gross motor and active learning materials. These will increase students abilities both inside and out of the classroom. The development of motor skills and learning activities increase student's engagement, lowers behavioral challenges, and support academic learning. Students will gain critical skills and develop their areas of strength that will help them in achieving their personal best.
