My students need math common core resources to help improve thier math skills and knowledge of the math standards. These 10 books and 2 sets of CD resources will help make that happen!
I have the sweetest students ever who show enthusiasm about math. I want to give them every opportunity to show success in math this year. The new common core has been a struggle for some. I want them to enjoy math and not say "I was never good in math," like several of their parents mention to me.
I have about 100 students in my math classes together, that range in levels of math skills.
Their scores for the new ready test were lower than expected last year. This year we want to grow tremendously. We are a very transient town due to the military base located nearby. We are in a rural community that is quickly growing due to the construction of homes for the ever growing population.

My Project
Unfortunately, we are in need of Common Core activities and lessons to enhance and engage my students in the new rigorous standards. Some truly struggle and I want them to enjoy and learn at the same time. With these resources, they will be given a variety of lessons, activities, games, assessments, and etc. to increase their knowledge and skills in the common core.
The goal is that my students will grow by the end of year and will be on grade level in math.
I want them to believe in themselves and achieve their goals. With that being said, they will succeed.
