Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I love that all of my students come from extremely different backgrounds making them all very unique. They not only learn from me but I also learn so much from them about their different cultures. They are so eager to learn new things every day and they always come to school prepared to try their best to succeed. It is such a pleasure to watch them grow as English speakers and humans!

Please help me to fill my classroom library with graphic novels students are interested in reading and beg to borrow.
Students who read more, learn more.
Plus, reading is one of the best ways to increase your vocabulary. I strive to create a classroom lending library that pulls students in and contains titles that are relevant to their lives.
I can not wait to see my student's faces when I am able to expand my collection to include so many more of the types of books they are asking for!
